EMMANUEL NDUBUISI (MD/CEO):
A highly motivated professional with over 14 years of leadership skill, managerial competencies and in Electrical Engineering. Has demonstrated capacity to initiate, build and nurture new enterprises. He obtained a degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering from the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu. A post graduate diploma in Mobile communication Technology and also a CISCO Certified Network Professional CCNP.
He is an accomplished Engineer with vast experience in both public and private sector, having served with NNPC, he also served as a consultant to Federal road maintenance agency FERMA. He is currently the MD/CEO of MERON Nig Ltd. As a sub contractor to PHCN he carried out the installation of four thousand prepaid meters in Onitsha (Omagba and GRA) under Enugu DISCO and Ten thousand prepaid meters at Ikeja electricity distribution company.
CNC NWANCHUKWU (DIRECTOR):
A professional Accountant, Mr. Nwachukwu began his career with Deloitte, Adetona and Co., in 1986, he later moved to African Continental Bank Plc. before going to Equitorial Trust Bank(ETB). He served at ETB as the Financial Controller before being promoted to AGM, Commercial Banking Group in 2001. He was appointed GM Commercial Banking Group, Energy Desk, International Operations, IT and Telecom Businesses in Devcom Bank. Mr. Nwachukwu is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), obtained his Msc. (Finance) from the University of Calabar.
He is an Alumni of University of Chicago, University of Columbia, IESE, University of Nevara in Barcelona and The Lagos Business School. He is a distinguished member of CFC, Institute of Financial Consultants – Canada and on the board of numerous companies such as Boaz Capital Group, ICE-ZIRAX Ltd, E-collect Technologies Ltd, Pathway Insurance Brokers and North-Eastern Capital (NEC).
NAKAMA KERI (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR STRATEGY AND FINANCE):
Is a highly gifted speaker, Strategy and finance management expert, Nakama has a cumulative experience of over twelve years as a facilitator and consultant. Nakama has a first degree in Mathematics; with certifications in system Analysis and Design, and in Business Strategy from Darden Business School, University of Virginia. Nakama has over the years facilitated Corporate Strategy and Change Management Engagements, facilitating corporate strategy retreats for executives. Nakama has also provided financial advisory services and change management advisory for several organizations and financial institutions.
He has facilitated corporate strategy meetings for major pharmaceutical companies, the Army and other Government institutions in Nigeria. Nakama has led the Selem Strategy team that developed corporate strategy for a new banking institution. He led the Selem business development team that developed the operational and corporate strategy for a major logistics company. Developed the operational systems, a new and unique HR strategy to mitigate the human risks involved in dry goods logistics especially in Nigeria.
SAMUEL DANGANA (DIRECTOR OPERATIONS AND TECHNICAL SERVICES):
Is a seasoned Electrical and Telecoms Engineer with 23 years experience in the Power industry. Starting his career in the Electricity Metering Company of Nigeria as a maintenance engineer he quickly rose to the be the Head Engineer for safety and maintenance and then to Senior Sales Engineer before becoming the operations manager effectively responsible for the daily operations of the entire company.
Samuel was also the Project Manager for the National Prepayment Meter Project(NPPMP) off PHCN Yola EDC 2007-2009 Responsible for Survey, training, Installation and Vending off STS PPMs at Yola, Biu, Maiduguri and Damaturu. Furthermore Samuel was the Project Manager on the NEDP PHCN World Bank Split Pole Mounted STS Prepayment Meters at Abuja Electricity Distribution Company where 117,000 Meters with Vending systems were installed at Karu, Gwagwalada and Kubwa Business Units.
He was also the Project Manager responsible for deployment off CAPMI Prepayment Meters for Cresthill Engineering Limited at Birnin Kebbi off Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company (PHCN/KEDC). Samuel was Project Manager responsible for Supply and installation off 40,000 prepayment meters and vending infrastructures at Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company for Shenshen INHEMETER/TRIPPLESEA LTD Consortium.
